What is the square ft. cost of building a custom home?
There is no set square ft. price, each home is custom built made with different materials and finishes. Although a smaller house may cost less than a larger one, the square ft. price will be higher because expensive rooms such as kitchen and baths are included in both with the smaller house having less square footage to average the cost.
Do I need an Architect?
No, not necessarily. A qualified draftsman will do fine and will cost less than an Architect. An Architect may be required if you have a complicated design, are using innovative building materials that may need an Architect or Structural Engineer stamp, or are building on a difficult site.
How long does construction take?
The design process takes approximately 6-8 weeks. Permitting time takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Construction time usually takes approximately 10-12 months or longer depending on the complexity of design, material and labor availability and weather conditions.

Can you help me find land?

Do you have references?
